BPVA acquires Pinta Crew
Deal Details: BPVA has acquired Pinta Crew. Its largest shareholders include Duke Capital, John Lacy and John Hannon. Duke Capital, announced a follow-on investment of c. £1.9m to fund the acquisition.
BPVA is an investment holding company established in 2018 to execute a buy-and-build strategy of companies in the Irish / UK staffing and resourcing sector. BPVA Ireland reported FY Dec'23 turnover of c. €113m, converting to an EBITDA of c. €5.9m.
Pinta Crew is a Cork-based consultancy business that helps organisations optimise the impact of their people, processes, and resources. The company was founded by John Corcoran and Peter Hanan in 2008 and it does not report turnover or EBITDA information.

The business has also outlined plans for future acquisitions, aimed at further strengthening its consultancy and recruitment services across Europe.
